This large property is sited on a 1000-square-metre plot on the peninsula between the beautiful Cala D'or beach and Cala Gran beach.

Space to un-wind
The villa can sleep up to 10 people in its generous 5 bedrooms - 3 double bedrooms each with 6-foot beds, and two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms feature Air Conditioning and ceiling fans.
There's plenty of space to relax and allow various groups to do their own thing - the property is built around a stunning open central courtyard, off which sit two living rooms, a large (partly covered) terrace by the pool, and beautiful gardens surrounding the villa.

The ground floor has 3 bedrooms, all en-suite with walk-in showers; Two of the bathrooms also have baths.
On the first floor is a large private terrace (perfect for sun-bathing), another (3rd) living room/kitchen, and the final 2 bedrooms (each with its own bathroom).

Theres a choice of 2 beaches, each around 2 minutes walk away, and although in a quiet area the property is only 150 metres from the very centre of Cala D'or with its vast range of bars, restaurants, and shops.

The famous Cala D'or Marina is around 7 minutes walk away, which also has its own array of shops, food, and entertainment.

Getting here
The villa is about 50-55 minutes drive from Palma Airport. Taxis are available for return transport to/from the resort for around €85-95 each way for up to 4 passengers (prices can vary depending on the season), or hiring a car at the airport is a simple process.
